COVID-19 UPDATE

In light of world events, we feel like it is our obligation to our family, community and every buyer to make sure that we establish safety expectations in line with the regulations set by the WHO and CDC.

If you are a buyer:

We are so excited to continue working with you and can reassure you that your purchases are still being honored. The agreed upon pickup date still stands.

Text Ahead

To help the process move as smoothly and safely as possible, please let us know your planned arrival time and then text us when you are on your way. This will give us time to pull the correct kid(s) into a separate pen for quick handoff and loading, along with time for double checking and setting aside any other materials and paperwork that will be handed off.

One Person Pick-up

While we would normally be thrilled to have your whole family come out and meet the baby goats, we ask that at this time no more than one person come to pick up the kids. If you want to bring the family, then only one person needs to leave your vehicle to come out to where the goat will be ready to load up.

If you are not a buyer:

Many friends, family, and other members of our close community like to reach out and arrange field trips to our little farm. We love sharing our farm with you all so much, and being able to offer an experience to meet our furry working farm animals makes us happy. However, we have been counseled by too many experts that we should practice social distancing for us to continue to open our farm to groups of visitors. We are glad that you want to visit while you’re out of school, but safety and squashing this virus should be our first priority right now.

If you have any hard feelings against the social distancing guidelines, or struggle to comply with them, then please just hear me when I (Felisa) say that I had pneumonia last year. I know what it feels like to fight to breathe, and it is not worth the risk. We look forward to opening our gates to everyone again soon!

Please learn as much as you can about COVID-19 and take the steps necessary to keep our community and families safe! Click the image below to go to the official CDC website for the most up-to-date information. And remember, wash your hands and stay safe out there!
